The two wooden bulls outside the cathederal are a great piece of public art, but the public have adapted them. They're full of messages from visitors to Brussels in all sorts of languages.
From a distance they're art, up close they reflect the - frequently vacuous - thoughts, impressions and concerns of the - tourist.
