Gare De Luxembourg

Something a little different today. The Gare de Lux is also known as Eurocrat central as it's located next to the EU Parliament. It gets very busy when they all go off to Strasbourg once a month.

I used Photoshop to make a fake model look, if you click through the picture you'll find a tutorial on how it was done.

Almost all of my photos are just recording what I see, but every now and then I'll experiment. What sort of photos would you like to see here?

My first thought was that it was a model, then I read the accompanying text.

Nicely done.

What sort of photos? Well, anything, really. A photographer could be compared to a painter: firstly he sees something that catches his eye and teases his imagination, then he captures it, trying to make whatever inspired him obvious to the picture viewers.

Nice job there with photoshop. The train is framed within the station's horizontal bars and the upper part that seems to be torn is in fact marking the shape of the roofs. So there are three distinctive parts in that shot, the central one clearly being put in evidence, this is highly artistic!

Since when have you got that? I don't mean the most probably pirated version of Photoshop, I mean the blog. :-)

Thanks MK.

Ralf, I've only just started this, but I want to get others to join in as a team blog will give a better and more diverse view of Brussels.
