What does this mean?

As I was climbing up the steps behind the Lex building, I saw this sign on a small gate right by the railway tracks. I took a quick snap on my GSM and spent the next few hours wondering what it could possibly mean.

I think it best represents "No Dancing like Geography Teachers"
