Walking by the junction of Saxe Colburg and rue de la Commune, just down from Madou, I saw this fantastic piece of art. The blue scaffolding is there to stop the buildings on either side - and are a common sight in Brussels.

However, someone had taken the opportunity to hang some statues from the scaffolding.
