Looking for Blue Skies

This statue is outside the shiny new Finance Centre, that remains unfinished. Yup, some metaphors just leap at you. Anyway, I didn't like this statue much, it looked a bit leaden and a throwback instead of something more modern.

So I wandered around it, trying not to trip up on the cement bags stored at its base and eventually got this shot.
