There is a plethora of cheap glass and steel buildings in the centre of town and the 'European quarter' that are entirely lacking in inspiration or vision.

Here there has been some attempt to add something to a blank glass wal. coloured supports. It's a start, I suppose and actually looks quite nice on a sunny day. Ah. Therein lies the rub...
