Beware of the Clamp

I do like the simple lines of many of the 'colonial era' buildings in Brussels. Certainly they can be a bit bland, but they do have a certain elegance that is lacking in more modern atchitecture.

This is on the corner of Arts - Loi and I thought the warning sing about the dangers of being clamped was a bit over the top - I've only once seen the gates to this place open.
